Shipping Charges
Delivery on items sent within the UK are free on every item unless clearly stated otherwise. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail. Mostly recorded delivery.

If you're not based in the UK, international postage rates apply - charges are calculated on the final weight and value of your purchase. This is calculated before you make your payment. International orders will be sent using The Royal Mail service and includes insurance against loss in transit.

Paramor provides free of charge replacements or refunds for any item lost in transit.

If the customer provides us with an incorrect or incomplete address, or postcode the Royal Mail will probably not be able to deliver the parcel. If this occurs the parcel is usually returned to the us.

If we were provided an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be up to the customer to pay another postal charge to enable us to re-send the delivery. We will only resend the delivery once the original parcel has been returned to us undamaged.

If at this point the customer decides to not carry on with the order, they will be refunded the cost of the items but NOT the postage costs, that is once the original parcel has been returned to us undamaged.

Paramor cannot be held liable for any delivery delays resulting from the Royal Mail service in general.

We try and send your order within 24 hours of cleared payment but please allow up 5 working days before contacting us. If you order is urgent and required for a special date, please contact us.

Returns Policy
Products purchased may be returned for a full refund if the following applies:

The item(s) are returned in the condition they were received including the boxes. All returns must be securely packaged and sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail.

Please note Recorded Delivery does not offer compensation for jewellery.

Products are returned within 14 days of delivery.

Payment has been cleared and previously authorised.

Where your order was paid by credit/debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.

Earrings are excluded from the above due to hygiene reasons.
